Creativity

“Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.” Hermann Hesse"

But what if for a moment we were able to imagine that there is a way to find music, joy, pleasure, soul, work, passion and anything else sacred to us in this world….

That “what if” for me is the world of creativity. Creativity (the pleasant and divine state of the mind that is in total alignment with the heart) feels often as the only source of bliss. The only real state of worth aiming for. The problem of course, with creativity as with any other state is that one cannot be in the creative state 24x7.

But why does this state, (the state of creativity) feel as so crucial and essential to everyday life? Is it because it makes one feel relevant? Is it because it makes one feel less alone? Is it because by creating something/someone we overcome our current mortal insignificance? Or is it because we simply feel joy during the moments we create something?

kisses,
